To ensure quality and safety, Old Mansion actively trains with leaders in the industry include the Illinois Institute of Technology (IFSH), the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI), the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), NSF International, and the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), to name a few.
Kosher foods are in accordance to Jewish dietary laws and under the supervision of a Rabbi. Old Mansion is certified by STAR-K, an internationally recognized leader of kosher certification.

We are committed to providing safe, quality products and we start at the source using a FSVP (Food Safety Verification Program) to ensure imports from foreign food suppliers meet the standards required of domestic suppliers. Old Mansion’s extensive food safety plan meets both compliance and customer needs with continuous improvement through monitoring, testing and training.
